New York, 5 May, 2014 – Leslie Gelbman, President of the Berkeley/NAL Publishing Group, announced today the acquisition of the U.S. and Canadian rights to three new novels by #1 international best-selling author Ken Follett, the first of which will be a sequel to his critically acclaimed blockbuster, The Pillars of the Earth.
Brian Tart at Dutton will publish the new novels in hardcover and New American Library (NAL) will publish in the trade paperback and mass-market formats under the Signet imprint. The deal was brokered by Barbara Follett of the Follett Office.

Follett’s latest book, Edge of Eternity, the final book in his epic Century trilogy, will be published on September 16, 2014.
