Dear Ken

'Pillars of The Earth' was the first book I read since High School. It ignited a spark for reading in me that was suppressed by the boring books we were forced to read at school. I am so glad that you will be writing a sequel. Thanks for all the pleasure you have given me in your wonderful books.

Dear Ken,

I've been dating a wonderful man for several months now and of course as time has gone by I've learned a great deal about him. One thing that has stood out about him is that he has never sat down and read an entire book. Not even one!! He said he'd like to take the time now to read but hasn't the foggiest notion as where to enter the "reading world". So I racked my brains and decided he should read some of your works, starting with 'The Third Twin'.

I'm an avid reader myself and have read several of your books so I think I'll give him 'Eye of the Needle' next. Now here we sit on my balcony, on these warm evenings, side by side with our Ken Follett books and cold drinks at hand. There's only one problem; whenever I want just a little kiss I get told "not now, I'm at a good part". That's it Ken, your books are banned from the um, sleeping quarters, ha ha.

Many thanks for sharing your wonderful imagination.
