I first picked up 'Night Over Water' at an airport nearly twenty years ago and read it, ironically, on a British Airways flight from Philadelphia to London. I've read every book of yours that I could get my hands on since then. Thank you so much for all the sheer enjoyment you have given me. You are a prince among authors.

I read about 30 books a year and have just finished 'A Dangerous Fortune'. I have to say it's the best book I have ever read. Absolutely fantastic.

I just finished your Century Trilogy. I also have read 'The Pillars of the Earth' series. I fact I have read just about everything you have written. You without a doubt the 'GOAT' of writers: Greatest Of All Time!

I am on the Camino de Santiago and the older folk remember 'The Pillars of the Earth' and how it enriches our experiences, but the younger folk don't know who you are.

I see you have written a 3rd book, so I gladly will read it. I will also search bookstores here that resell old books for ‘Pillars’.

I want to thank you for the joy you have brought to me during the hundreds of hours I have spent in reading, what I believe to be true, every book you have ever written. I read your earlier works many years ago, stopped to concentrate on the practice of law, and then, two years ago began reading your trilogies and every Follett book I could find. I just finished 'A Dangerous Fortune' and am sad to say goodbye to Hugh. Thank you for enriching my life with your beautiful prose.

Hi. I'm a Brazilian woman that met your work when I was 14, my last high school year. I borrowed 'World Without End' from school and I loved it so much that I stole it (sorry hahaha I gave 10 books to them in return, I just couldn't take that book back). Well, after that I read the first story about Kingsbridge, and the last one after. And I'm just broken that it ended (for now?). I'm just here to kind of beg you to write one more book about Kingsbridge, or at least a short story. Or just a paragraph for me, I'm not ready to say goodbye to this universe, as you can see.

Thank you so much for the moments that I had feeling like I lived all those stories. I love every character, even the hateful ones...

Dear Mr Follett,
Today, I have finished listening to 'The Pillars of the Earth'. When I reached its ending I was very moved. I am 38 years old and had recently been diagnosed with dyslexia. I have never managed to finish reading a book anywhere close to such length and for all my life I have painfully missed out on experiencing the treasures of literature hidden away in bookshelves everywhere around me. Actually, I haven't really been aware of this loss - but I am now. I cannot properly read, but now I have 'read' a novel counting more than 800 pages in less than a month. I hung to every word from start to end. The biggest difference to my former experience with literature was that it was effortless and joyful.

Thank you, Mr Follett.

I read your 'The Pillars of the Earth' and was blown away and now I've nearly finished 'World Without End' and am blown further! I can't wait to start 'A Column of Fire'.

The first two books are undoubtedly the best books I have ever read and I have read a lot of books!!! Thank you for writing them.

I´m really a big fan of you and your histories... I admire your capacity to investigate the facts in world history and adapt them to your books... I learned more reading your books than my history classes...

I'm your fan...!

I'm a great reader and I had read all of your series books. I appreciate historic place and events. 'A Column of Fire' will be my next book of yours.
