I love your work, I read the first two books of the Kingsbridge series and just recently started A Column of Fire. I have read some of your other books as well and I can say I'm hooked!

Morning! I am almost finished ‘A Column of Fire’, and am so sad the story is ending. This is an amazing story , full of fascinating history, a terrific addition to the ‘The Pillars of the Earth’ trilogy. Please keep writing these fascinating books! Thank you!

Your Kingbridge series is some of the best literature I have ever read. It's one of the first times that a book has kept me so enthralled that I couldn't put it down. I have a hard time finding a book since reading the series, I'm so picky when it comes to books. I hope you continue the series, or do another book based on the past. Thanks again.

Mr. Follett, I relish starting one of your books. I know that, though my chores will be neglected, more importantly my marriage will be sidelined, I will be transported to the historical time you have carefully researched. I will have the rare and exciting privilege of inhabiting that place for usually hundreds of pages. As a psychologist, I appreciate your perceptive insights on human nature and know that you will weave those insights into an incredible story. And I will be held book hostage until I complete the book. I have written a thriller that I am, as yet, too timid to try to publish. I hope to provide a fraction of the enjoyment to readers that you have given to this reader. Thank you.

Hello mister Follett,
I love reading, I always read everything because every story intrigues me, but when I discovered your books I felt so happy. The first one I've read is 'The Pillars of the Earth'.
I'm reading your books for years now and I wanted to tell you that you are my favorite author of all times,
I know you must receive a lot of messages like this but, I had to tell you, your books are incredible,
My favorite is probably the saga of ‘The Pillars of the Earth’, the first one I read and followed by ‘World Without End’, but I just finished 'The Third Twin' yesterday and I can't get enough, you are an inspiration, and thank you for allowing me to dive into another world every time I read one of your masterpieces.
Your books are something else.
Thank you for that.

Hello Mr. Follett
I have just finished reading your latest novel, ‘A Column of Fire’. Although I bought it back in late summer, I just got a chance to read it due to work obligations.
I would just like to say thank you and let you know how important it was to me. Not only did I learn more about the history of both England and France, but about the trials and tribulations and the horror nations suffered; and unfortunately, continue to suffer till this day. As an American citizen, I can't help but draw the parallel between history and current events, especially among politicians in this nation. It is a national disgrace. However, your heroic characters like mostly all humans today strive to a greater good. Like all of your books that I have read, I find them intriguing, entertaining , and insightful to humanity's trials and triumphs throughout history. The ending of ‘A Column of Fire’ left me with both joy and hope that as we, like your characters continue to strive to a more hopeful world. Thank you so very much. The praise and reviews the critics bestow on the books you write and as probably one of the greatest authors alive today is certainly well deserved!

Respectfully,
Joseph

Dear Mr. Follett:
I am amazed (awed?) by your story telling. Your character and plot development is the best I've read in many a year. This includes contemporary authors as well as those from previous generations.
I read with interest your writing advice, but as you know even having this information doesn't make one a good writer.
Although I've written and had published several narrative non-fiction works on military, naval, and aviation history the ability to write good fiction still escapes me.
This why I enjoy and appreciate your books. I am currently reading the Century Trilogy.

With my best regards,
Michael

Dear Mr. Follett
I just want you to know that I think you are the greatest author. I know you probably get hundreds of not thousands of emails stating such, but I want you to know that I find your stories enthralling and your books will always have a place on my night stand.

I am a married mother of two who is currently in nursing school and I am an avid reader. I love all books, however your books are the ones I would take to a deserted island if I was ever asked. I am currently reading ‘A Column of Fire’ and it is riveting. Kingsbridge is probably my favorite bit when I finish it, I’m going to reread the Century Trilogy. ‘A Place Called Freedom’ and ‘The Third Twin’... well all I can say is I love them all. Thank you for sharing your gift with the world and please don’t ever retire. I would love to read more historical fiction by your hand and mind.

A Forever Fan

I just finished reading the Century Trilogy I wish to say thank you for the exceptional reading experience. The work you have done is amazing and for me it's unbelievable that so many pages turn into one big story.
I enjoyed the mix between real and fictional characters. The story was seniously anchored to real historical time line and events.
I was a young adult when Germany was united and the communist block in eastern Europe was collapsed. So for me the story on the last book was quite familiar.
For me, You are one the great writers of all time. Thank you for your books and the hard work you do to give us, your readers, the most valuable reading experiences.

Wish you all the best

Just wanted to say I am just finishing your latest book, ‘A Column of Fire’. I can only say that after having read all of your books, you just keep topping them one by one. Mr. Follett, I applaud you and can't thank you enough for the most thorough history you provide. I lam always looking forward to your next book. I would not be able to choose a favorite since I become so completely involved in each one and make that my favorite until the next book is released. Good Day Sir! I am one of your million ardent fans and recently finished ‘A Column of Fire’ (which I absolutely loved, as usual but am especially thankful for the section where you confirmed which of the characters are real). Would there be a 4th installment in the Kingsbridge series?
