Dear Mr. Follet,
I've just finished reading 'Edge of Eternity' and felt compelled to go on-line and send you a note to let you know how much I appreciated this trilogy. Before I do that, I first want to thank you for all of your wonderful books which I started reading in the early 80's. When I read 'The Key to Rebecca', I enjoyed it so much, I immediately read it again - something I had never done before, or since.
Back to your incredible trilogy. Wow, they left me in awe. The way you brought these families to life, across 3 or more generations, and blended them with actual history was just amazing. They are extremely special and you are to be commended as they truly are so moving. My sincerest regards and gratitude.
PS. I'm happy to say I still have 'World Without End' and it's future sequel to look forward too! :-)

Dear Mr Follett, I have just finished reading ‘Edge of Eternity‘ (2 minutes ago). I was worried I would struggle to remember the characters in the trilogy as it was a while since I read ‘Winter of the World’. Your clever and subtle way of reminding the reader who characters are is perfect - it just naturally fits into the story line. You have brought history alive in each book. PLEASE consider turning the trilogy into a quadlogy (?!). I am not ready to say goodbye to these fabulous characters.

Fellow Welshman, really looking forward to Kingbridge (3). Am reading my collection of your works for the second time. I never get rid of my favorites, but read them time and again. I find I'm rather particular about what I read and would rather read a known quantity than be disappointed in a bad choice. I usually ask my favorite authors who they like to read. Mark Greaney referred me to several and I was well pleased with his list.
‘Pillars’ and ‘World’ were two of my favorites and your scope of novels has always covered subjects and times and circumstances that intrigue. Thank you for giving your fans an exciting and thought-provoking read every time.

Ken... I started reading your books in the 1980's. You're the BEST and my favorite author. I feel like an old friend is visiting me each time I pick up one of your new books. Stay well and please keep writing.

I simply would like to say thank you, thank you, thank you. Your beautiful stories/worlds take me away, always to amazing places and I love getting to know your characters. In fact, some of them I feel almost become friends. The history lesson is always much appreciated also, your research is incredible. I didn't connect much with history at school, but you have taught me much about your country and Europe. Just as Bill Bryson has taught me much about the parts of my own country that I am yet to see.
Kindest of regards and I would dearly love to receive updates about your newest works or any other news about you.

I have just begun to enjoy your books; starting with the Century Trilogy. I admire your careful attention to accuracy and how you draw so many characters' lives together fluidly. Your books feel very real.
Thank you for the writing advice on your site. I have never seen that from an author and appreciate it. It definitely motivated me and gave me hope at a time that I'm feeling a little lost.
I look forward to your letters. Please write to me via the Contact page, and do see earlier letters…
