I have thoroughly enjoyed reading about the trials and tribulations in the fictional town of Kingsbridge and look forward to the next book in the series when it is released. I am fortunate to work in Peterborough close to the 900 year old cathedral, which I now plan to spend more time visiting since your books have given me a new found interest in cathedrals and life in the middle ages.

I have read two books of your trilogy plus ‘The Pillars of the Earth’. They were the best books I have ever read and I would like to thank you for the joy you give to the readers.

Dear Mr Follett
I ask this with the hope no offence is caused. Would you PLEASE GO AWAY…
That is, go away to somewhere quiet, where you are not disturbed and can devote yourself 100% to finishing the ‘Century’ trilogy by … say … Christmas this year?
I believe you have stated the third book will not be published until late 2014. That is somewhere between 12 and 16 months from now! I guess I am just going to have to read each and every other of your books in the meantime to see me through. Not such a bad thing after all.
You are one amazing author. Please come to Australia some time soon. Perhaps base a new novel on this beautiful country?
Thank you for taking the time to read this message.

I just finished ‘Fall of Giants’ and ‘Winter of the World’. Thank you thank you thank you. I read historical fiction because I love history and it helps to see it from a character/person’s point of view. I really learned so much more about the 1900-1950 from your novels. From reading these two novels, historical events I vaguely knew about were made clearer from reading your novels. Wonderful. Can’t wait for ‘Edge of Eternity’.

You truly are a master storyteller! I just want to say thank you for all of your amazing stories. You have made me laugh and cry, angry and afraid… I just can’t put your books down when I start reading. Thank you for SO many wonderful times.

I need an escape. I should write a story about my own life.

I just wanted to tell you how much what you do makes my life so much better.

Thank you!

Hi Mr. Follett,
I’m a huge fan, and I’ve read pretty much every one of your books I could find here in Egypt. I also always check bookstores online and buy books of yours I find when I’m outside the country. Thank you for causing me to fall further in love with reading and inspiring me to write my own novel.

Dear Ken,
You could not possibly imagine the sheer hours of pure enjoyment that listening to your books on CD have given me. Your writing is just unbelievable. Here I am at almost 55 and somewhere in my life I must have resided in a cave or was certainly out to lunch during history lessons throughout my education days. I cannot say I have ever been as enthralled by an author’s writing such as yours. It would be difficult to say which one I’ve enjoyed most because they are all positively superb. And hats off to the wonderful choice of the fellah who reads the books. They are superb as well. Looking so forward to listening to the next one in the WW saga.
Warm regards,

I just read ‘Winter of the World’, I couldn’t put it down and I didn’t want it to end. I loved it, and can’t wait for the next one. I started with ‘The Pillars of the Earth’, then ‘World without End’, I knew I loved your writing so I knew I would love ‘Fall of Giants’, but ‘Winter of the World’ is my favorite so far. I just had to let you know, I really enjoy your writing.

Hi Mr. Follett,
First of all, sincere congratulations for all your books. I am a big fan of yours. I have read a few of them and they helped and still help me improve my English
The last two books of yours I read were ‘Fall of Giants’ and of course ‘Winter of the World’. No words to describe how great they are. I am wondering when the third book of the century trilogy will come out. I honestly have to say I can not wait for it.
Once again, congratulations for the wonderful writing and keep it up.

Thank you
